Emily Scott
Founder & Creative Director
Emily is the leading force behind all things Scott's.
​
Emily is a professional musical theatre performer, choreographer and qualified dance teacher. Since graduating from Performers College in 2016, Emily has performed internationally in musicals such as Sister Act, Hairspray and West Side Story and many pantomimes across the UK.
​
Emily prides herself on being a working performer while teaching and running Scott's, constantly bringing her knowledge and connections within the musical theatre industry to next generation.

Georgee Burn
Director & Head of Acting
Georgee graduated from Guildford School of Acting in 2015 with a First Class Degree in Professional Production. Upon graduating Georgee worked on productions such as Les Miserables (Palace Theatre, London) and Carrie the Musical (Southwark Playhouse).
​
In more recent years Georgee completed her Post Graduate Degree in teaching and has since taught Drama and Theatre Studies across Hertfordshire.
​
Georgee has been part of Scott’s since day dot and not only directs and takes charge of our acting department but also production manages our performances.

Ashley Turner
Head of Singing
Ashley is a Singing Coach and Musical Director with over 14 years experience and is Head of Singing at Platinum Academy (London) and on the singing faculty at London Studio Centre (London).

Ashley holds a 1st class BA (hons) in Performing Arts and an MA in Opera and Music Theatre.
​
He has extensive experience working in education teaching and course leading modules in singing, voice and Musical Directing full scale second and third year productions at training colleges and Universities. His private clients often perform in West End, UK and international touring productions and supports his clients in healthy and sustainable vocal use.
As well as working in formal eduction, he runs community based projects such as Musical Theatre Choir - Aylesbury, offering adults a chance to engage with quality and fun weekly rehearsals in musical theatre singing.
He is passionate about his work and continues to take part in CPD and has recently been accepted to be a Vocal Process Accredited Teacher. He is keen to promote and run a fully inclusive teaching practice and takes particular interest in research surrounding transgender/non-binary voice and testosterone effected voice.
